Hayden Panettiere died from accidental overdose of fentanyl, other drugs: coroner

The Greenville County Coroner’s Office said that her “cause of death has been ruled as toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol, and Quetiapine.”
